Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Training and Development: Train and supervise other staff members as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
