The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders across the business, executing planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale, and driving improvements in HR programs.
Key Responsibilities- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's business objectives and drive employee engagement, performance, and career development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Change Management: Execute planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale using effective change management communication and ensure a smooth transition to new initiatives.
- Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent, and drive business results.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing company-wide programs.
- Skills: Excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with employee engagement, talent management programs, and change management best practices.
