Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward sales across the US, Canada, and EMEA regions. You will be selling camera modules to specialized industries, seeking new clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the camera module industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams, including marketing and product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
  • Market knowledge and experience of selling camera modules, image sensors, and photonics into varying industries, including drone, military, aerospace, and automotive.
  • Proven sales experience in both new business and closing deals, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to sell licensing and services.
