Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our wireless retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions to motivate and develop team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or retail sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
