Senior Manager, Liquidity and Funding Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide liquidity and funding management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive liquidity and funding management strategy to optimize risks and maximize risk-adjusted profitability.
- Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on liquidity and funding management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Proven experience in liquidity and funding management, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and instruments.
