Senior Manager, Liquidity and Funding Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide liquidity and funding management framework within Corporate Treasury. As Senior Manager, Liquidity and Funding Solutions, you will be responsible for optimizing risks and maximizing risk-adjusted profitability for the Bank of Montreal.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive liquidity and funding management strategy to support the Bank's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate liquidity and funding risks.
- Design and implement effective risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on liquidity and funding management to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in liquidity and funding management, with a strong background in risk management and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in liquidity and funding management.
