About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at NARU Japanese Restaurant Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
  • Communication
    • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Advisory Role
    • Advise senior management on administrative matters and provide recommendations.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements
    • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
