About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at 14075161 Canada Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Priorities and Ensure Procedures

Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and meet deadlines.

Coordinate Office Services

Oversee and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Perform Data Entry and Administrative Tasks

Accurately and efficiently perform data entry and other administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records.

Support Office Operations

Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

Urban area, office environment.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week.

Language of Work

English.
