Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, and perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
