As the General Manager, you will:
Strive to achieve the highest standards of service while consistently exceeding guest expectations Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house management teams to meet human resources goals through effective recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance reviews Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence Drive operational success across all outlets by developing and executing action plans, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality service standards Work closely with the Events and Private Dining teams to ensure smooth operations for private events Address and resolve conflicts involving associates and guests through effective service recovery strategies Partner with the back-of-house management team to control costs by monitoring portion sizes and minimizing waste Estimate food and beverage needs and manage supplier orders Maintain budgetary and employee records Oversee payroll preparation and record-keeping Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations to avoid legal challenges Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment as needed Foster the development of managers and staff through regular one-on-one meetings, training, coaching, and performance evaluations Cultivate a dynamic and collaborative work environment where all associates contribute as a team Drive growth and sales through innovative marketing initiatives Conduct regular profit and loss reviews to assess financial performanceRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining establishment in a General Manager role Proven experience in a similar hospitality environment Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to shift priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficient in conducting both written and verbal performance evaluations Strong business acumen and financial literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational capabilities Post-secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is an assetAdditional Information:
