The Medical Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support both patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This role is set within a clinic environment, where you will interact with patients and staff to facilitate efficient healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather essential case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Complete insurance documentation and other necessary claim forms.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related itineraries.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and accurately transcribe and distribute minutes.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
