Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone, and respond to inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring patient satisfaction and optimizing treatment room use
Maintain appointment schedules, notify medical staff of patient arrivals, and communicate any service delays
Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by anticipating patients' needs, anxieties; answer patients' questions, and maintain a welcoming reception area
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating financial information
Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
Requirements:
Ability to multitask efficiently without compromising positive attitude and high performance standards
Process payments and communicate effectively with the medical team and patients
Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor
Possess professional communication skills across every platform, with an excellent phone manner
Comfort handling monetary transactions
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work effectively in a team
Previous medical administrative experience is an asset
Completely dependable in all aspects of the role
Ability to comprehend and retain information regarding services offered
Outstanding multitasking skills and quick learner for computer and scheduling systems
