Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Trade & Distribution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, including inventory levels, shipment status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
