About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including general printing, faxing, scanning, and filing as directed.
  • Mail and Fax Management: Manage interoffice mail and fax for Club & Automotive Services, as well as office supplies.
  • Ordering and Inventory: Order trunk organizers, gift cards, and other premiums/swag as directed, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Document Management: Scan and index documents to OnBase, and provide support for CCG/Club & Automotive events as required.
  • ERS Claims Administration: Administer ERS claims, including ERS Network administration as directed by Manager, Operational Efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree.
  • Certifications: Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification, and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or above).
  • Skills: Superior customer service skills, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, superior organization skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience: Experience in general office administration and experience with MS Office.
