Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Trade & Distribution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and a strong work ethic.
