At RSC, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Supervisor in managing health and safety, quality of work, and employee coaching.
  • Assist the Shipping/Receiving department in tracking and record-keeping for employee-related matters.
  • Monitor attendance and productivity, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Make real-time decisions using a Warehouse Management System to allocate work and staff effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Participate in training team members on MHE, selection methods, and health and safety.
  • Track and submit daily hours to the payroll administrator.
  • Perform daily pallet management and ensure the replenishment of supplies.
  • Report and track workplace and non-workplace injuries, and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Provide support and coverage to shipping/receiving and admin teams.
Requirements
  • College diploma plus two years' experience in distribution or personnel management.
  • Proficiency with computer tools related to operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a retail support center and working knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
