We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with warehouse and production units to optimize supply chain operations and minimize delays.
  • Financial Management: Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage, and transportation of imported goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation, including dangerous goods occurrence reports.
  • Emergency and Safety Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
