About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rebar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments and work units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to meet the needs of our organization, including the coordination of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure smooth operations, including the coordination of activities, tasks, and resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing operational data and providing insights for process improvements.
  • Work Coordination: Assign and review work tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
