About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
