About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Deez Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
    • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
    • Address guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
