Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest standards of presentation and taste
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
    • Work closely with our purchasing team to negotiate the best prices for ingredients and supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
