Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive high-quality food and service, and address any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to meet customer expectations.
    • Stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 40-44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with a focus on providing high-quality food and service to customers.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
