Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at 1070250 Alberta Ltd. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in the culinary field.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic restaurant setting, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as necessary.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Personal transportation is required for this position.
