Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Nguyen's Vietnamese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our restaurant's operations to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.

Menu Optimization

Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with our restaurant's budget and target audience preferences.

Staff Management

Monitor and improve staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members as needed.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, providing solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other essential supplies.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and a focus on attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, and organized with excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
