We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Nguyen's Vietnamese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals and customer preferences.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and products to meet customer demand.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of our staff and make adjustments as needed to ensure that we are meeting our business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
