About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Z-teca Gourmet Burritos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures: Design and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the efficient running of our restaurant.
  • Manage Inventory Efficiently: Oversee the management of inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers and Clients: Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure that we receive the best possible service and products.
  • Handle Customer Feedback and Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and concerns, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
