About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Nguyen's Vietnamese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our budget and customer preferences.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
