We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2865190 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and make recommendations for staff scheduling and recruitment.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
