Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit staff.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Computer and Technology Skills
