Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a healthy financial position.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that all staff members are meeting their job expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
