About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations and contribute to the development of innovative mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance misuse.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including cognitive-behavioral approaches and other modalities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and program development.
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations and contribute to the development of new mental health programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical (asset: counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology).
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on Long Term Disability claims from MVA 3rd party funders.
  • Proficiency in French is a strong asset but not a prerequisite - English and French services are offered across Canada.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work both autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams.
