About the Role

CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our CASA House program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including clinical and service delivery leadership, human resource management, coaching and mentoring, budget management, and program development and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality clinical care and service delivery.
  • Work with the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations and Medical Lead to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Acts.
  • Ensure the provision of evidence-informed practice in the assigned program.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of training opportunities for program staff.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Practice Lead to assess and monitor standards of care and adherence to CASA clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in clinical psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing.
  • Current registration in good standing with a professional college identified under the Health Professions Act.
  • A minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical leadership in a mental health setting.
Conditions of Employment

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption on the basis of a protected legal ground.
  • Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
