About the Role:
CASA House is a program designed to provide support to teens facing mental health and addictions challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of our young residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of our young residents and their families.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote positive coping mechanisms and life skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and case management.
- Contribute to staff knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing.
- Minimum two years of clinical practice in child and family mental health.
- Current registration with a professional college.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
