Position Overview

As a Client Relations Specialist at Air Fixx Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Work Environment
  • Located in an urban area
  • Engagement with various clients across multiple locations
  • Private sector involvement
  • Focus on business operations within a janitorial service company
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and programs
  • Create informative materials to promote awareness of available services
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials
  • Deliver educational and informational sessions and materials
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide detailed information about services and associated costs
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • Manage and maintain a digital database
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, LinkedIn, and WordPress
Equipment Experience
  • Familiarity with hand tools

  • Driver's validity license check
