Position: Client Relations Specialist
- Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring exemplary support and compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate and oversee property inspections post-occupancy, addressing any resident concerns in line with established protocols.
- Coordinate the scheduling and oversight of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions, adhering to documentation best practices.
- Collaborate with operational teams to effectively resolve client issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by providing detailed information on service offerings, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in client service or property management, with a robust understanding of high-rise construction and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios effectively.
- Proficient in client management systems, CRM software, and other relevant applications.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
