Position Location: Various locations (Full-Time)
Reporting To: Client Services Manager
A typical day as a Client Relations Specialist includes:
• Delivering exceptional customer support in person, via phone, and through email communications.
• Managing product orders and overseeing inventory control.
• Coordinating the shipment of returned merchandise and sales items to clients and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborating with insurance providers to facilitate efficient third-party billing processes.
• Maintaining and nurturing client accounts while fostering strong relationships.
• Assisting with minor in-clinic device repairs as necessary.
