Your Responsibilities

As the new Client Relations Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing RepRisk's expansion and international presence by delivering product and service support to our clients and partners across various sectors, including finance, insurance, and multinational corporations. You will be integrated into our global Commercial division and report directly to the Client Services Team Lead.

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a diverse team with colleagues located in different regions.
  • Assist in the client onboarding process.
  • Manage incoming client inquiries during office hours.
  • Independently oversee the production and distribution of standard RepRisk deliverables for clients, including reports and data feeds.
  • Work alongside other internal teams (e.g., Sales, Management, IT, Products, Operations) to address client-related issues and contribute to internal projects.
You Offer
  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German or French are advantageous.
