About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Team Global Inc. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Management
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
