We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Global Pathways Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and directing daily operations.

- Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
- Financial Management
- Assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Monitor and control financial resources.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Human Resources
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory.

- Supervise 1 to 2 people.
