Departmental Evaluation

Operations Management

Manage the operations of departments providing single or multiple administrative services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Financial Management

Collect and record administrative and service fees, assist in preparing annual budgets, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Staff Management

Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, and supervise office and volunteer staff.

Knowledge Management

Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
