About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at Atria Designs Inc. as an Office Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures
    • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
    • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Team Management
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff.

  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget.

Requirements
  • Education
