Job Summary

LJW Catering is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Training and Development: Plan and organize training and development strategies for our staff, including supervising other workers and evaluating work environments, programs, and procedures.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
