- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques is essential.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
