Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tandoori King Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Task Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
