Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tandoori King Kitchen & Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet our quality control standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal kitchen performance.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
