Position Overview

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Financial Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a budget of up to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational processes.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
  • Organize and coordinate daily tasks and schedules.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Supervisory Scope

Oversee a team ranging from 1 to more than 20 employees, depending on operational needs.
