Pastry Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Saint Germain Bakery as a Bakery Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our delicious baked goods, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement new recipes for our baked goods, ensuring that they are consistent with our brand's high standards.
- Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all baked goods are produced to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our baked goods meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Large volume bakery.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
