Baker - Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Pacific Link Retail Group Inc. as a Pastry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
