Baker - Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare and bake dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
