About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team at PRESIDENT CONVENTION CENTER INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure proper functioning of equipment and resolve work problems to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track key performance indicators.
